This summer has been full of all sorts of creative activities. In June, Dorothy taught classes at the City Sewing Room several days a week, played flute at Yaquis on Cherokee on Monday Nights, and taught a ukulele summer camp with ColorBridge Art. She sewed some stuffed animals in memory of her two beloved pets, Roxy and Ella, who both suddenly passed away. The rest of June and July, she and her husband fostered some adorable kittens from iCareSTL. July was filled with days at the sewing room (see my handmade outfits below), vacationing in Nashville with her husband, and the Modern Band Summit in Colorado, where Dorothy presented on behalf of pBuzz. Vaccination card required for entry, but there is no cover charge! The event is $35 and takes place from 4-6pm. If you need to rent one, let me know, and we can bring one for you to use for $10. March 11 - Come PAINT with our friends at Apotheosis Comics and Lounge on CHEROKEE ST. Please take note that they have two locations, and this event takes place at the Cherokee/Jefferson location. All painting supplies are provided.
