Dorothy Pino was a music teacher in Denver Public Schools for the past decade. She currently teaches in St. Louis at a K-8 school, but she has had experience working in high schools as well. With a bachelors degree in Music Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching, Dorothy is well equipped for students of all ages and backgrounds.
Beginning level lessons available for piano, guitar, and brass instruments.
Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced lessons available on flute, saxophone, and clarinet.
Lessons are currently being offered over Google Meets/Facebook Video/Zoom/Facetime/etc. due to COVID19. Once things are safer, I'm open to teaching in home lessons again.
Rates of lessons for individuals: $30/half hour, $40/45 minutes, or $50/hour.
Rates for group lessons (4 students or more): $15/per student per hour.
If you would like me to travel to you to drop off supplies, contact me to set up an appointment. We can do a socially distanced meeting with masks.
If you need to cancel a lesson, I must know 24 hours in advance. If sufficient notice is not given, cancellation fees may apply depending on circumstance.
If you buy a monthly package, discounts are available.
Email Dorothy at dorothypino@gmail.com or call (720)400-9369 to schedule lessons.
Notes from Dorothy: Now, you may be asking yourself why "tea" is a part of my studio. It has been a long term dream of mine to incorporate tea into the lesson process. For now, I plan to have biannual recitals for my private students, where traditional afternoon tea will be served to the guests and performers in attendance.
Come join us and experience the joy of musicianship!
